Plans for permits
Our drafting service doesn’t include stamp plans. Our plans are Non-Certified. Most real estate and home improvement permits DO NOT require a certified plan but in case your project needs one you will need to hire a certified professional.
Yes, we can. But since we won’t be able to do a site visit we’ll need the client to provide a sketch with all dimensions so that we can recreate those in AutoCAD. You can email those sketches to info@homesdesignny.com and we’ll provide a quote.
All of our plans are created using AutoCAD. AutoCAD is a commercial computer-aided design and drafting software application.
We guarantee your plan will be accepted as long as a stamp is not required. Please verify this before placing your order. If your plan is denied on the first attempt please forward us the comments as to why it was denied. We will make the necessary adjustments so that you can resubmit. If your PLAN is denied for a second time for any other reason besides requiring a stamp we can either make further adjustments as long as we are within scope or refund your money with a copy of the denial letter.
For real estate (sales and rental) the turnaround time is 24 hours. Plans for home renovation are often more detailed and can take up to 48 hours.

A virtual tour is a complete 360-degree view of a space with which a user can interact. With our virtual tours, the user feels as if they’re standing within a space, controlling their movement within the area, zooming in and out as needed, giving them the ability to focus in on areas of interest.

Images are enhanced and optimized with photoshop, as for the platform for the virtual tours we mostly use Cupix, Momento360 or Cloudpano depending on the client’s needs.
